A Tour Of My Floating Home

I'm working at getting a better pic of Sincerity. This is the space shared by five people for three week. The more I think about that the more I am stunned that it was one of the many aspects or issues I never considered when I rang Cathy and said"I'm coming to Vanuatu"as my 'space' is rather precious to me!
Sincerity is well equipped, including a good coffee machine and Gerry ensured we had plenty of excellent coffee onboard. I think I only made about 5 coffees the whole trip and morning coffee was always either Gerry or Stephens job.
the galley has double sink fresh water and sea water all electric pumps so no primitive hand pumping water like in a caravan. The fridge and freezer are larger than most domestic ones, but the only way to maintain these is to run the generator which is noisy and heats the boat up below deck, so as with most aspects of life at sea one must be conservative in there use and open as little as possible. The four burner stove and oven cooked many delic meals including bread courtesy of Stephen, I made scenes and banana bread with 6 bananas something I would not be able to consider in Melbourne with the current price of bananas.
An instant gas hot water service provided plenty of hot water for our showers (brief Japanese style to conserve fresh water) and kitchen needs.
Lets move on to the partial cyber tour of Sincerity ... the base for all my Vanuatu adventures.
